We’d love to have you join us for a workout at Instinct Fitness Thorndon.
You certainly don’t need to be an expert, but you will need 3+ months of experience at a CrossFit affiliate or equivalent* and be over 16 years of age to jump into one of our classes. This is for your safety.
*It is important to note that “equivalent” refers to functional fitness programs incorporating CrossFit-level gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. Bootcamps, pump classes, yoga, pilates, and circuit training are not considered equivalent.
Visitor rates start at $30 for a day, with 1 week, & 1 month packages available. All packages are single-use only so do not renew upon expiry.
Click one of the links below to choose your 1-day session, 1-week, or 1-month membership, sign our waiver, and make your payment via Visa or MasterCard. AMEX & cash are not accepted. For 1 Day drop-ins, simply select your session when you purchase. For 1-week, 2-week, or 1-month drop-in memberships, please download the PushPress app (check your welcome email) to enable class reservations, as these are required, and without a reservation, you may miss out.
