How do I get started with training at Instinct Fitness?

It’s a very simple 3 step process. Step 1: Book your Free No-Sweat Intro. Step 2: Meet with your coach. Step 3: begin your plan.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Do you need to be rich to start saving money? Absolutely not. We’re here to help you get fitter, no matter what your current level of fitness is. We’re here for absolutely anyone and everyone.

Can I try a class before committing?

In order for you to have the best experience possible, we always suggest starting with our On Ramp program (beginners) or at least 1 personal training session so we can teach you everything about Instinct, and learn more about you!

Are you open 24/7?

We are not open 24/7, but we do have coaches who have plenty of availability to fit your busy schedule for personal training.

How long are your classes?

All of our classes run for 60 minutes, including warm up and cooldown.

What programs do you offer?

We offer CrossFit, personal training, teen fitness, bootcamp, hybrid training, and competitor classes.

How often do you recommend I show up to see results?

We love seeing people train anywhere from 2-4 days per week. If you do this, we know you’ll see results!
